David Stern was on Mike and Mike this morning and said that he still hadn't reviewed the emails, Trey Wingo (sitting in for Golic) read some excerpts, gave the dates and asked how the commissioner felt about being lied to about the discussions within the ownership group to which Stern responded, "I didn't hear any discussions going on there" and that he has not reason to doubt Clay Bennett's integrity. Un F'n real.

Stern got a raging boner when he saw the attendance figures of the Hornets in Oklahoma and now he's colluding with with Bennett to steal this team from Seattle.
The subponead emails clearly show that there is not a hint of legitimacy to Sterns claim of good faith. You'd have to be borderline (Please Use More Appropriate Word) to draw that conclusion from the information that's been made available.

" I didn't hear any discussions going on there." right, because it was an e-mail correspondence and no words were actually "spoken." jesus tap dancing christ! stern is souding more desperate and out of touch every day. he is not going to back down. keep on kepping on dave.

I heard it, Stern sounded similarly arrogant last year when they grilled him on screwing the Suns.

^I heard about that. Ya know, up until this whole debacle, I actually thought Stern was a great commisioner. But the closer we've gotten to the BOG vote, the more he has looked like like a fraudulent snake.
F---him. He knows he's in trouble with this court case. I wonder if the reason he continues to support Clay--even after this--is because he thinks the city will eventually accept a buyout?
That's what scares me. We can't crack..we have to be strong and move forward with this case, especially since Schultz is back into the picture.
