I like our situation its not like we are the cavs before they got Lebron or the Nuggets before they got Melo...at lease we already have something to build around going into the draft.

Perhaps I am an eternal optimost. I just feel this team is not that far away from being competitive. LH had an eye for talented offensive players unfortunately he didn't (or wasn't allowed to) bring a team together with more balance. I believe that if Hammond is given free reign, this team can be turned around rather quickly (i.e. 1-2 years).

Sorry, this team is bad and needs to be blown up, even though it needs a new coach. You don't win so few games just because of coaching.
