The nightmare season seemed like it went by pretty slowly and painfully during it but now that I think about it on April 16th, it seems like it flew by. Oh well, now it's time to just sit back and relax and just enjoy the playoffs and not worry about the draft lottery until the time comes.

The season from hell is finally coming to a close tonight guys. I hope everyone watches all 48 minutes tonight, the Heat are fighting for the distinguishment of being tied with our inaugural team for wins at 15 rather than being the worst team in franchise history.

I'm going to give Riley a standing ovation at the end of the game.
For a long time it gave me nightmares, witnessing an injustice like that. It’s a constant reminder of just how unfair this world can be.I can still hear them taunting him, Silly Rabbit tricks are for kids.I mean why couldn’t they just give him some cereal?

This season really flew by in my eyes. Maybe, though, its because for the first time since Wade's arrival we know the exact date of the end our season. Maybe its because every loss was just thrown away as another given. Who knows...
Anyway, I will be at the game cheering more loudly than anyone, even though I'm sick.
Its pretty cool that the first game I went to this year was in preseason against the Hawks, and as will the finale.

Yes, what an odd year it has been. I really thought we'd come back after last seasons pathetic 1st round sweep with a chip on our shoulder. Fact is, losing Poze and Kopano really hit us hard, the fact Wade was never fully recovered, Zo going down and the fact that Shaq mails in the season as soon as it doesnt go the way he likes...
However that being said has there ever been a better 14 win team? I mean really? We got when healthy a top 8 NBA player in Wade, an All-Star in Marion, and with some luck another all-star in Rose or Beasley. Throw in Haslem, Wright and some creative tinkering from Riley we could easly be a top 6 team in the East next season and no I am not saying that as a homer..
So, I feel much different about the outlook of this team vs my Phins...and much better then I felt after the 88-89 season..lol
pg-Jdub, Banks
sg-Wade, Cook
c-? then Zo(I know he will be back)
pf-Beasly(with the NBA gods with us)
sf-Marion, Wright
If that's not a top 6 team in the East "on paper", then I don't know what is..lol
