A lot of people feel a bit sorry for LK now, myself included, as he's undoubtadly about to get the hook. SO it's easy to forget just how inept his coaching performance was, particularly in the first half of the season where it actually counted for something. His rotations were pathetic, he completely alienated CV and Bobby by making them scapegoats for the teams defensive performance and not playing them, he totally changed the offensive philosophy at least 4 times, threw his players under the bus at least twice, and cost us several games singlehandedly by a) not being able to control Redd in the 4th quarter, and b) Running some truly horrendous plays late in games. Oh yeah, and he let Mo and Redd tell him what offensive strategy they should be running. A pretty woeful coaching performance by a coach who clearly wasn't ready for the nba.

He gets my vote, but like others have said there's plenty of blame to go around, like for example the guy who hired him in the first place.

Larry K no doubt. If we had a decent coach this team could have won 30 games (perhaps). Just too far over his head. Hopefully he can coach in the league again down the track, as he does seem like a nice guy with some potential, but this year boils down to his poor play calling, the locker room problems and the team quitting on him.

Tell me about it. If 30 games is something to be happy with we are a sad bunch.

But I do think an experienced coach could have milked 30-35 wins out of this squad.

Had to go with K-hol

I got a way to defend it. Bring a bat to the game and kill one of them."

I dont know I was watching him during warmups before the Nets game and he hit like 15 straight three pointers. I could actually see him becoming a Rasheed Wallace or Mehmet Okur type if he could actually do it in games.

that reminds me of a quote from sportsnight

"at this level, they pretty much want you to be able to do it during the games"

I went wit Kohl.

He blocked trades to improve the team.

He made the coach change an offensive strategy that was actually winning a few games early.

Tough to blame guys who aren't allowed to do their job in any professional regard.

After that, probably Redd who was just flat out awful after the first ten or so games. I don't know how many games one could point to this year where replacing Redd with a guy like Juan Dixon in the 4th quarter would have lead to a Bucks victory. I'd put the over under at 8. He was THAT bad in the 4th. The freezing out of Yi and Bogut so they couldn't score 30 points ever was nice too. Basically, I just want Redd gone. Period.

It has to be herb, you can't vote for Larry K. because Kohl hired him against Harris's wishes....he does block trades, he listens to the wrong people....it begins and ends at the top.

Kohl. The problems on the team start from the top and work their way down. You don't like the team LH put together? Well, you can thank Kohl for stopping him putting together the team he wanted. Don't like the work LK did? Well you can thank Kohl for hiring him. Don't like the way the players played, well you can thank Kohl for being clueless on how to manage players (inc their salary, the lockerroom personalities etc).

It all comes down to Kohl.

I think we've all forgiven Kohl a bit after hiring Hammond rather than a guy like Babcock, but remember, the meddling he did in the past will haunt us for more than a few years.

I went with Redd because "to whom much is given, much is expected." For $200,000 a game, he should have prayed up a way to try a bit harder, and should have been more personally accountable than anyone else in the organization.

Though I wish I could vote for everyone.

There are multiple options to choose, but the team as a whole I'd say.
