Isiah's new role with the Knicks

Post#1 » by Lost Angel » Sat Apr 19, 2008 8:20 am

they should make him the lead scout.

he's drafted decently, unless he wasn't responsible for David Lee, Chandler, Nate, etc.

he's an idiot in every other capacity.

David Lee isn't that big of a draft.

Isaiah Thomas should serve as a chief lobbyist with the referees, with a catalog on Knicks cheerleaders in one arm, should be enough to bring success to New York.

He should be the head of their PR department. He's great at deception and playing off big hits to MSG's public image like they're nothing...

I can think of so many much better draft picks from that year picked after Lee that are much better..

Brandon Bass, CJ Miles, Ronny Turiaf, Monta Ellis, Louis Williams, Andray Blatche, Ryan Gomes, and even to a point Amir Johnson.

David Lee is just a hustle role player. I would be amazed if he ever scores more than 15 points a game. Let's not mention how one dimensional he is.

If that is the best he has to show, then I would prefer some of the more cerebral organizations that have much much smaller markets.

What? The guy is a scrub, coming off the bench, who is fun to watch, how he averages his 10 points per game, and 8 rebounds. Luis Scola averages better numbers than him, and is much more of an impact than D-Lee.

Lee doesn't pass, doesn't block, isn't versatile at all, and his defense isn't also too much we can speak of.

David Lee is terribly overated.

They'll probably give all the employees bracelets with the letters WWID (What would Isiah do). Then they just do the opposite.
Isiah's job will be to check and make sure ever employee is wearing their bracelet.

Brandon Bass? He averages 8 and freakin 4 rebouns? How the hell is he better then Lee? Turiaf? You're knocking Lee, because he's a hustle player, and then you mention Turiaf? Seriously. Noone will argue that Ellis is much better, but he makes the Lee pick bad? Luis Williams is a nice young bench player, as is Lee, but what makes him better? Because he's not a Knick? I don't know what Scola has to do anything with Lee being a bad pick, and even he doesn't average 10/9, like Lee did. I don't even know why I'm arguing with you, you said CJ miles was a better pick, that alone proves that you're either a hater (thus you're oppinion is biased), or a jerk, who knows very little about basketball, and never watches Lee. You decide which one are you.

Lee has a big fanbase because he's white and the only hardworking player on the Knicks, except for maybe Crawford he seems to put effort into his basketeballing.

As long as Isiah has a role with the Knicks they will always be bad.
