Who would you rather play in the 2nd round?
Who would you rather play in the 2nd round the cavs or the Wizards, Me, I would choose the cavs, you just let lebron get his 40 and do your best to shut everyone else down. With the wizards tehy have 3 guys who can flat out kill you, Gilbert arenas is not lebrons equal, but he can give them 85% of what bron does if he is healthy and on. The wizards are dangerous with all their scoring firepower and role playing defenders. They could be a really tough team to beat, the cavs could be hard to beat to, but absent refree intervention there is no way we lose a series, the Wizards I could see beating us in 7 games, though I defiantly think we win.
What do you guy think?

I think that if anything bad happens to any of our players in the 1st RD and for some reason we don't advance, you will be the first person I blame. Way to invite the jinx!
You are probably the type to talk about no-hitters in process too, eh?

No, this is a thread to talk about the Cavs-Wizs series. Wich is in the first round and highly appropriate to talk about since if we win we will have to face one of them.
I'm very glad this thread is made, up untill the first game today I had a strong prefrence for Wizards because I liked watching them play. After today and seeing how many mistakes both teams made with both having 2 scoring droughts [both had one in the fourth although CLE's was short].. I'm not longer too scared of either of them.
Now I feel like I should be voting for CLE to win. LeBron isn't going to get healthier as the playoffs go on, Wally/West at SG? neither of them are going to do much against Ray Allen [such a big break for Sasha to be out for CLE but great for everyone else]. And outside of that both teams just seem to strugle puting forth a consistent defenisve effort and offensive attack.
WAS OTOH I could see Areneas in limited minutes getting healthier, Butler didn't penetrate so he could raise his game up to where it was, and well it's a big PG in Areneas that scares me. He can foul Rondo out and probuly Cassell while he's at it! I think with Pierce/Posey we're more ready to adapt to a injured Lebron then to a recovering Areneas.

As an outside that's going to watch every game, I hope Boston faces Washington, if you happen to make it out of the first round.
(Why bother, sorry!)
I personally want to see Lebron and his Cavs knocked out of the first round. The playoffs are going to be exciting enough, so I don't want to hear about Lebron every second, and that's one of the reasons why I prefer him to see the exit sign as soon as possible.
Boston should still handle both teams and no matter who you play it's going to be another exciting series.

If we're struggling to beat a team that we easily handled during the regular season, what will it be like to face a team that took three games from us? I don't know why you'd want to face the Wizards unless you enjoy having the hardest and most nerve-wracking trip to the finals possible. I think we match-up with the Cavs better, but even then it's going to be difficult.
