Mark Jackson sucks at commentating
Horrible. He makes obvious comments and has common tag lines that are done and boring. His specialty is repeating what just happened "Manu drives hard to the basket for two points; THAT is why he is a star" thats not even the best examply, but he really adds nothing to the game and its annoying listening to him talk. Yeah i could mute him, but then its just an awkward silence in the room...

GOD yes... I DESPISE him...
He repeats himself every five seconds, and everything is in that SAME annoying rhythm:
"He takes the ball... gets into the lane... and - makes - plays - for his team."
Shut the **** up, you idiot. He's a terrible commentator and a general punk. He was CANCER to Utah the one year he played here.

Walton rules. One of my favorites was in the old days, when some of the greats of the era like Stockton or Barkley or Hakeem would make a great play, he'd get that mock-surprised voice and go, "He's pretty good, huh?"

He doesnt add anything to the game which bugs me....he has no personality.
It was funny...Shaq was called for an offensive foul on kurt thomas and jackson says "KURT THOMAS - IS KNOWN FOR FLOPPIN -- HE IS ONE OF THE BEST AT EXAGGERATING CONTACT" or something like that...then they show the replay and it clearly shows that shaq is shoving kurt thomas down with this forearms haha.

"Jordan hated Theus as much as he did any player in the league. Jordan disliked hot dogs like New York's Mark Jackson, but his face always turned hard and cold against Theus. He'd angrily slap Theus's hands away hard, with a short, chopping slap, when Theus tried a hand check. It was a common defensive move against Jordan and he'd usually just push away the defender's hand. Against Theus, his response was more like a karate blow. 'He tried to undercut me in Kansas City my first year in the league,' Jordan said once when asked about why he disliked Theus so. 'I hate his game,' Jordan said another time. 'He's so selfish, always berating the referees and yelling out there.' None of the reasons made sense. The story around the Bulls, though, was that Theus had briefly date Jordan's wife, Jaunita, before Jordan met her."

Don't like Jackson at all. I am SOOO happy he's leaving the Nets booth.
He does ZERO pre-game preparation. Has no idea about the backgrounds of either team. He's like generic sports video game announcing track, spouting catch phrases, while providing no insight. And he did the same when he was calling what was his full time local gig too.

LMAO! He just called Allen Iverson "pound for pound, the greatest player in NBA history." Van Gundy was hilarious calling him out on it: "Are you KIDDING me???"

That's pretty hilarious, and fitting of an **** like Jordan.

I hate these three. Breen with his throaty voice is annoying as hell as PbP. Jackson doesn't know ****, and JVG talks as if he's the coach. Their little fights aren't even entertaining, as they're clearly trying to emulate the old Snapper/Walton discussions during games of the nba on nbc era. Not even close to being funny.
I mute them most the time.
