OT: This board has now made the big time......

Post#1 » by paulpressey25 » Sun Apr 20, 2008 3:45 pm

I see this morning we've now got Kerns Carpeting in Brookfield putting up big banner ads on RealGM.......

That tells me we've made it.....it is pretty unprecedented that a place like this would draw legitimate local advertising.....

I'm wondering whether any of you will now carpet the basement at your parents homes..... :)

Maybe. I'm still waiting for my mom to give me permission, but I'm very interested.

Plus, the buck with the Bag over his head in todays JS must have something to do with the grocery bag revolt.

I would but I like the cold ground under my feet. I just put down a pretty rug in case my feet get too cold.

Nothing says big time like Kerns Carpeting!!! jk thats pretty cool to see...I would imagine that they heard of Real GM through WSSP because it seems this board gets mentioned on there at least once a week. I know a lot of people that dont even post here that just come here for all their Bucks news...so its actually a pretty good marketing idea with all the traffic coming through here.

some of you guys should carpet your maws basement  and a decent space heater can be bought cheap at Walmart for those cold Wisconsin winters. Just make sure you get a tall soft nylon carpet, more comfortable on the feet. And keep the gutters clean because you don't wanna get it wet trust me.

i don't see your carpet ads, i get jb hi-fi (a popular music/dvd store here in melbourne). i'm 100% certain jb hi-fi have never heard of real gm.

i hate to break it to you, but i think it's just an automated system.
