Bosh. He can create for himself better, has more range, is a more explosive scorer and has better range. And when Bosh is truly healthy [something that happens very few times] he is a monster offensively.
[Looking at his Memphis numbers, its no contest. His numbers [FG%] have gone way up since joining the Lakers, but I put that down to getting more help from his supporting cast, rather than his own skill.]

I agree, bosh is become one of the elite players in the league and a perineal MVP candidate for years to come, while gasol is perineal all star at best.

Must be true, if it's a rumor you read on Hoopshype.

Huh? Lebron would not make bosh an intimidating shot blocker.

Gasol isn't an "intimidating shot blocker" either. Both are average to above average defenders.
Bosh is a better first option, but Gasol is probably the better 2nd option, he plays better off the ball.

I'll take either player though.
This is why I think Pau wins as well. He made Memphis respectible, in a tough division for several years, which one could say Bosh has done the last 2 years in Toronto, but I think Pau carried his team a little better.
I also remember a statistic that, I think it was as a rookie, Pau was the #2 in the league in dunks (Shaq was #1). I respect a bigman who attacks the basket, and Bosh does have a tendency to fall in love with the jump shot.
That's why I pick Pau, but I'm not 100% sure I got it right.

and the Raptor teams 07 & 08 are better than Memphis was?
I don't think so.
but that memphis team wasn't better because of gasol. They had better depth and overall players. Players who could play defense like battier, posey, and eddie jones. They always had decent point guards in either watson, jason williams, bobby jackson, or damon.

and by this logic:
Pippen, Rodman & Kerr made it easy for Jordan, so Jordan wasn't as good?
That would make sense if Gasol = Jordan and Kobe = Kerr/Pippen/Rodman.
So unless Gasol is running the show in LA, thats a bad analogy. Just look at his stats pre-Laker/post-Laker. You don't see a real spike in any stat, but his FG% goes up dramatically [1. Kobe and Lamar giving him losts of space and looks, 2. He's not the go to guy that has to force the issue]
