Agreed, I wish we were making more of push for JVG, over Carlisle and Skiles.

What does being funny as a brodcaster have anything to do with being a headcoach? I mean so what if he is funny as a brodcaster big whip.

I wasn't talking about their respective careers. I was talking about their stints with the Bucks. Stotts was nowhere near as successful as Karl was. nowak's concern was Skiles and Krystkowiak are good friends, thus implying (and nowak, correct me if I'm wrong) that the two share similar basketball philosophies and that could result in Skiles having similar problems with the Bucks. My point is that the two being good friends isn't a guarantee of anything. Just like Stotts couldn't duplicate the success his one-time friend had, there's no reason in my opinion to be concerned Skiles will duplicate the lack of success Krystkowiak had.

Ignoring level of experience (third stint with time between second and third in the CBA recrafting v. 2nd head coaching stint) makes little sense. But you are correct, friends are not the same person, and a profound point it is.

Given how there seem to be concerns about hiring Skiles because he's friends with Krystkowiak, it seems to be a rather important point to emphasize.
