Post#1 » by No. 12 » Sun Apr 20, 2008 11:14 pm

Florida's Mr. Basketball in 2005, best player to come out of the area since Vince Carter, then arrested six times in 26 months, suspected of getting "help" on his college ACT tests, then after after two jail terms, goes to local JC, leads the nation in scoring with 35 ppg, along with 8 rpg, 5 apg, 4 spg, playing guard and forward at 6'10". Now, at 22, declares for the draft.

I remember seeing Keith play when he was in high school. He was a knucklehead. He walked off the court his last high school game and quit on his team. He's a remarkable talent, but his attitude is terrible.

Should have played real college ball instead of just declaring for the draft.

If he could get some good references from a respected college coach that would do a great deal in assuring that he gets drafted.

He's about to turn 23. He probably thinks he doesn't have anymore time to wait.

Keith is an insanely talented player, but he should've went to one of the many D1 schools recruiting him. All he would've needed to do was play one year to show he's for real and he'd be drafted in the first round, now he'll be lucky to get drafted.

This is just another bad move in many for Keith. Poor kid.

I am sure you would love your team to invest a 1st round pick on him...

I think the guy has a chance. I just saw some clips and he has alot of tools for a guy with his size. I hope the heat select him with the 52 pick. He kinda reminds me Lamar Odom

He definitely has the talent to play in the NBA, no question. It's his attitude and immaturity that are in question.

Brumbaugh has lottery talent and someone will wisely take a shot on him in the 2nd round. He has had a lot of problems and I don't know if they are behind him or not, but he has a chance to be a big time steal. His situation is simular to that of Stephen Jackson.

He got caught stealing from a wal-mart and smoking marijuana.

Sounds like every 19 year old in most small towns.

Lottery talent with possible off the court issues? Sounds like a perfect second rounder to me.
