I think racism will stop once people will stop worrying about the color of the other people skin.

Why does it matter to which ethnic group a coach belongs? If he is good, he is good.

People need to stop with black and white.

he can either coach or not.

Byron Scott is a great coach. Doc Rivers is a solid coach.

Obviously some coaches are better than others.

The whole race issue should be abandoned.

The thought of Europeans/INternationals not being able to compete in the NBA..

Dirk, Peja, Manu, Lois Scola, Oberto, Kirilenko, Kukoc, Divac, etc.

A coach can either coach or not, black or white.

A player can either play or not black, white, asian, indian, ok maybe not indian but you get the idea.

In my opinion coaches are much less important than in other sports such as NFL and MLB. Look at last years Celtics vs this years Celtics. The players talent and attitude dictate how good the team is. If they have someone they don't like it will affect them, but as far as Xs and Os differences in coaching in the NBA are negligible.

Well i wouldn't say coaching is neglible..

Greg Popovich clearly outcoached Mike D:Antoni in game 1 of Suns -Spurs

he couldn't draw up a play that worked

he couldn't get Shaq involved..

he got absolutely outcoached by Pop
