This is on Dr. Buss for f*** teens all the time and getting drunk and not paying attention to the damn team.
Mitch Kupchak is the one who saved the franchise while others get drunk and party hard!
The medical staff needs to change because clearly the players are not getting the correct time-table for returns and their injury becomes worse as time passes by!

one thing that does tick me off about the medical staff is that all the injured players are walking around putting pressure on their injuries all the time. the day Pau got hurt he walked out of the Arena on his own. I read a while ago about Trevor walking around with a boot on, and Bynum also walking around with a boot on. can't the medical staff tell this guys to get around on little rascal or golf car or something.

Bynum
I'm a Jazz fan but came to your forum for the latest information on Bynum. After reading the complaints about Laker medical staff, I have to tell you that a guy on our board said he had it on an inside source that Bynum was out for the season after the injury.
So, I'm sure if this source knew that, then the Lakers did also, but were only being hopeful rather than realistic about his expected return when they said 8 weeks.

for all the comments that have come out in the press about timelines for him there have also been comments from phil & mitch that have had pesimistic tones to them...................'if we get him back'...'hopefully back by playoffs'.
the writing's been on the wall but i'm still hopefull we'll see him in p&g by the second round

We can get by without Bynum against Denver. I'm a little nervous if we have to go up against Utah but I think we can pull it off. Obviously Bynum would be a big help against phoenix.....and I don't think we can beat Boston without Bynum and Pau in the lineup.
Detroit however, I like our chances with Pau. Bynum won't be needed there....missed....but not needed. As much as I would like to see a Boston / Lakers final, there defense is scary good and quite frankly I'm not sure if we're good enough.

I was listening to AM 710 this afternoon around 7pm.. they were saying that the Lakers cleared all media reporters from the training facility BEFORE Andrew started to (practice?). They said that they were so strict that he was even escorted OUTSIDE just to make sure he was really outside. They were hinting that the Lakers are up to something.. like they are making his injury sound really bad but in reality the Lakers just don't want the whole world to know that Bynum's fine. I'm thinking that they will unleash him to surprise teams like San Antonio or Boston.
