Is it going to be as easy for Rose to do what he does against NBA players?

That kind of statement doesn't support any theory you may have as it can be used against your argument for Rose.

Rose is great!!! It'll be great watching him feed Haslem and Blount all day long for easy baskets....

Hey, this is my tit for tat day. I'd much rather argue with this guy than do what I'm supposed to be doing-painting my ceiling.

Well, the argument here for Rose supporters is that Rose matches up against opposing PG's better than Beasley does against PF's.

Rose has better opportunities in his matchups against college players than he will against NBA players. That was my reasoning.

Nothing that grand. :D But still a chore.

It must have been incredibly difficult to hold his arms in such ridiculous positions for so long. Just painting my 6 x 6 ceiling has my arms in agony.

Umm...duh. What I'm saying is Rose has the natural abilities to handle NBA competition better than Beasley does, per respective position.

Both Rose and Beasley are going to be good. It comes down to who would fit better for Miami.

Ultimately, barring the Heat seeing something in Beasley during work-outs/interviews that sets warning signs off, he should be the pick at no. 1. You just can't deny what an inside/outside threat of Wade and Beasley can do on offense.

Miami Heat Draft Board is pretty much just 4 players long so any draft thread shouldn't really be that long:

1 Michael Beasley - Power Forward
2 Derrick Rose - Point Guard
3 Brook Lopez - Power Forward / Center
4 Jerryd Bayless - Point Guard

Yeah except I really don't see Lopez there, especially at 3.

I think Riley would have Anthony Randolph in the top 4. The guy will climb alot of boards come draft time.

Durant supposedly had some of the best workouts ever.

But I think Rose will even have better workouts that Beasley anyhow. The guy is a true physical phenom for a pointguard, I think people have no idea how truly gifted this guy is and will become, because he is so unselfish. Am sure Riley is going to pick Rose, if we get the number one pick.

Are you implying Durant has been a bust?

It doesn't matter what Rose does in his workouts, we all know how great he can be. What I'm saying is unless Beasley shows something in his demeanor or performance that turns the organization off he will be the logical number one pick for the Heat.

I think Wade implying that he wants Derrick Rose has more bearing on the Heat's decision than you Beaslers think.
