that is the best example of a lying stat I've seen in a good long time.

game 2 was reffed in the most flagrantly (to use the term de jour) biased
way imaginable. Z and the other Cavs constantly over the back. The
foul on Haywood blocking out Z when Z had his arm locked. The T
on Arenas. Sideshow Bob not getting tossed for whacking AB upside
the head when Haywood later gets tossed for something that was
questionably flagrant. Wallace getting the charge call when he was
in the circle. That's a partial list.

It was happening ALL NIGHT LONG.

this reminds me of the SAC-Lakers WCFs.

because of who he fouled much moreso than what he did.

in my opinion its better they lose, they obviously don't have what it takes, no championship team gets blown out by 30 in the playoffs, championship caliber teams usually have too much pride. if they lose the team will be blown up and EG will have a chance to start fresh.

what a humilating loss.

BOS-LAL

Boston won a game at the Gahden by 30-40 points early in the series

Lakers won the series

this ain't over

but we need unbiased refs and smarter/better play.

It's not over, but lets be realistic about how daunting the task at hand is: we have to win 4 of 5 from a team that has beaten us 8 in a row in the playoffs.

Looks like I picked the right game to miss.

Nate. My advice to you is to save the game for a time when you've done something really, really bad and need to repent. Then watch the game with the volume up really loud (for added penance, I hope you dvr-ed the game on TNT not NC-8).

Don't fast forward past the commercials. Suffer each agonizing minute of the three hour debacle. In fact, go back and replay the shot Sideshow Bob gave Blatche a couple of dozen times. Then watch the one Haywood got ejected for (and for extra measure, watch poor LeQueen whining about his little hurt elbow afterward).

There is very little you could do for which spending three hours suffering that extreme suckitude wouldn't get you absolved.
