I just wanted to add one more thing
In Charlotte since 2004 with a NEW ARENA they have lost over $50 million. That is for a team that had over 300 sellouts in a row before the hornets got crazy and moved.
Its more that the NBA has a broken model then teams need new arenas. Baseball seems to make money and they have some teams playing in **** holes. Same with football.
Do you guys think Seattle will accept a buyout from the leas

I think they will be successful in OKC (im a twolves fan so really does not affect me that much, apart from abit more travel for my team)
But it really comes down to the fact Seattle as a city has botched it, Sacremento were crappy for like ten years and never got this bad, golden state for even longer, these teams hnever had to fold?

"That's why the last two years weren't guaranteed," Walsh said. "Either way, he knew it could have happened either way."

And I am sure those teams lost money as well. The difference is they didn't have owners "possessed" to get the team to their home town. Those other team stuck it out and tried to make it work. Also Sacramento hasn't really be bad since Jordan was in the league, and the league as a business was far different then then it is now.
