Yeah I won't be so cocky against the Lakers. That series will be a battle that could go 7 games. The Rockets just don't have a chance, I think anyone in the west except the Nuggetts could take them in a 7 game series. The Jazz just caught a break to get them in round 1 while they are so banged up.

As for this Lakers Nuggetts series - bet the over in every single game! I don't think Vegas can make that number high enough.

Yet again, cocky.

Kobe also guarded kleiza in the 3rd, when Kleiza got substituted in for carter early,Kobe did a good job on him as well, he stayed alot more home on him as he had already heated up in the 2nd. I heard nothing more from kleiza that game.

What game were you watching? Kleiza went off in the 3rd and had 13 pts in the 2nd half.

No, the team with homecourt advantage is supposed to win the series period. Just because I pick the other team to win the series doesn't mean they are supposed to win or that they are the favorite, it means I am calling an upset.

What you are doing is playing both sides. You want the Nuggets to win but you say that whoever has the homecourt should win.

Don't cop out by saying you want Iverson to win. Wanting AI to win is different than who you really think will win. You are the king of making threads and asking for discussion. Now you say the Nuggets will win and not give any reason other than you "want Iverson to have some success."

Say,"I want AI to win, but I believe the Lakers will win." Saying the Nuggets will win and not giving any reason is just looking for attention......

He's picking the Nuggets to win, and expects them to win. Done.

What he has been asking for the last part of the season is, "What happens if Kobe loses in the 1st round?" or "What if the Lakers have homecourt and lose?"

It's easy to read.......

Bynum's chances of returning is slim, with this roster I am not sure we can win it all even we beat the Nuggets. We are too soft inside and it will be crucial against teams that have good inside scorer. Nevertheless, I still think we can advance to the second round if we get game 2.

Kleiza will start in game 2 instead of Carter.

Yeah, but I think he will either cover Odom or Radmanovic. Martin will still on Kobe

with Kleiza starting. This will probably put Fisher on AI. Which would be a nightmare. This is where having Ariza out really hurts us. He really shut Iverson down in that regular season game. As long as Lakers don't get caught up in Denver's style of mucked up basketball we should be fine. Just move the ball around like we always do and let Pau go to work.

Now hold on, what do you mean when you say we're "too soft inside"? If your talking about "lane penetration" I would have agreed with you early on, but lately over the past few games we have shown to do a pretty good job against lane penetration and defense overall. With Pau's ankle improved, and our intensity raised, our defense has been pretty damn good overall lately, enough to blow teams out I know that much.

I too thought Pau was soft. He's not as great a weak side defender as Bynum but he's definitely 5x better than Kwame. But what really changed my opinion on Pau was his on-ball defense he displayed on Tim Duncan. Pau completely shut him down and rendered him helpless. Since then Pau's been on a tear. Especially now with his ankle better. Hopefully he keeps it up.

Nuggets are hoping to get Nene in for 10 minutes or so tonight to help contain Pau. Nene, physically, is a tough match up for Gasol on both ends (he is both stronger and quicker than Pau).

If Gasol gets that open again then the Nuggets deserve to lose. He is good but he isn't that good. Alot of his pts just came from poor rotations.

It's Kobe who will go off in game 2 i think

The Lakers' defense is above average at best; they need Bynum and Ariza back.
