I'm pretty sure the Mascot's job is to interact with the crowd in this manner. This sounds like a frivelous lawsuit to me. Benny is a douche bag but I don't think he deserves this over what is obviously an accident.

I am sure the Bulls would cover any damages, but that doctor is a real jerk for suing over an incident accident.
