Who gets the Cigar? KG with his 19 and 10 Rondo with 12 8 and 4 and continued good D? Sam I am with 10 key points in just 12 minutes? or maybe Ray Allen with 15.

Rondo, but it could go either way between him and KG. The 8:1 Assist:Turnover ratio does it for me. Also, honorable mention to James Posey, who I thought did well also.

None of the above. Cigar goes to Bibby.

A case could be made for KG with his double-double (despite poor shooting), Paul and Ray with good games, even Perk with a near double double.

But I'm gonna go with Rondo again after he put up another near triple double (12, 8 and 6) not to mention four steals vs one turnover and of course, completely humiliating Bibby.

I'll go against the grain and choose Ray, who hit some timely shots that were very demoralizing to the Hawks.

Ruling out KG because of his poor shooting %, and Rondo because the way Bibby was playing any NBA level PG should be schooling him.

I voted Rondo. His domination of Bibby is the story of the series. He continued to pretty much erase Bibby on the defensive end while playing nearly flawless basketball on the offensive end. Even his one turnover wasn't his fault. P.J. Brown was moving one way as Rondo released his pass and then changed direction. The pass went right to the spot Brown should have been.

But this is like when fans were saying, after the C's had just spanked them, that on a normal shooting night their team would have won as if the C's defense had nothing to do with the horrible fg%. Bibby is playing bad BECAUSE Rondo is schooling him. It's not a coincidence.

I vote Rondo.

Got to go with Rondo. He's really making Bibby look terrible out there.

Yep, it is rondo for me too. Bibby could have shut the crowd up by playing like the way he talks, but rondo shut him down.

In all seriousness, I was torn between Rondo and KG, but I went with Rondo...he was just amazing all around. KG got a little cold from the field with his shooting in the 3rd, but Ray was nailing everything in the second half.

Still, Rondo FTW
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

Rondo. KG didn't look as though he shot the ball all that well. Rondo was just nasty.

I agree (see above) but his defense and hustle and energy and passion, not to mention a few sick offensive moves, added up to a great game.
I loved it when he took that cheap shot under the hoop and started talking to himself and getting all fired up before shooting his free throws.

KG is a true Celtic in demeanor and competitiveness and talent...wish we could have had him from the beginning of his career!
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

My boy Rajon all the way. How long do you guys think it will be before he gets his first triple double in the playoffs? I think it's going to happen in the ECF series where he'll have like 3-4 steals as well.

Rondo for his second cigar in his first two playoff games. He's really come up big for us.

Rondo is 2/2. That turnover he made when he threw it to PJ Brown has been his only mistake of the series. Plus we are running way more of the offense through Rondo than we did during the regular season and it shows in his assists totals.
