I was expecting those kinds of responses. Yes I'm a Raptors fan but that has nothing to do with it. I live in Atlanta and I have a Hawks fan as a roommate who acts like the Hawks are the best team in the NBA. Every time I've seen the Hawks over the last 3 seasons, I've seen nothing but terrible basketball. I'm just saying you guys don't deserve to be in the playoffs. Neither do the Raptors for that matter, but that's a different story.

Oh and don't quote me PF stats from one game. If you've seen your own team play this season then you'd agree with me. Al Horford and Josh Smith are the biggest offenders of this.

Well your roommate is an idiot.

Raptors basketball is Bosh and nothing else. Don't talk to us about basketball. Worry about your star being out-done by Howard, and we'll worry about our team.

^ My opinion is the same. People is just mad that Bibby sucks so they want someone else in there, and he is our only other PG.

I still have to ask, do people still not see anything in him to believe that he will ever be a effective player. Because...seriously.

^ Law is just a rookie PG. It will take time. But 12 points as a bench, rookie, PG in a playoff game is good to me.

As a Boston fan, I'm really disappointed with the Hawks this postseason so far. Don't get me wrong - I enjoy winning and winning strong, but outside bench players who wouldn't get any minutes otherwise, I don't think it's a valuable experience for either team or their fans to have these twenty point blowouts. It would be a great experience for players like Rondo and Horford to get some minutes during a tight playoff game.

Good luck in game three. They're definitely overmatched, but I really feel as if the Hawks are underperforming more than anything. They have the players in place to at least make a contest out of a game, so let's hope the Hawks don't come out so flat on their home court. :)

Our team didn't play well in road games during the season, so games 1 and 2 shouldn't be a surprise to anyone. The other thing is that almost our entire team has no playoff experience, so it isn't like they knew the level they needed to reach. While not close these games are a help to our players in that they are getting a taste of playoff intensity. It isn't like we're playing a team that is willing to take it easy and play down to the level of the opponent. KG is an intense as ever out there and it's good for Josh Smith and Al Horford to see that. That's the level of intensity is required at playoff time. As for Rondo, he is getting his confidence boosted. It isn't like he'll have a likely tough matchup next round either.

Expect the Hawks to play better at home unless they've lost their confidence or the coach does some idiotic stuff. I'm hoping that our Hawks fight tooth and nail not to get swept. I'm sure your vets want to get the sweep. That's going to have suffice for challenge. If we see 2 more like the first two games then I'll be very disappointed. If the Hawks win a game at home or take both down to the wire then I'll leave the series positive about the future albeit saddened at the end of the season.

Bibby hasn't been consistent on offense for a couple of years now. Boston was more aggressive in pushing the pace than we were, the Atlanta Hawks actually looked like they wanted to milk the clock on offense.

I thought we were alright on defense, Smith made KG work pretty hard and his shotblocking is a factor again. Law was doing exactly what he has to do, go to the rim... we just need another point guard that can push the pace.

We have played well defensively. Smoove and Al have been excellent in the post.

Return to Atlanta Hawks
