magic decided to keep Bogans over Stevenson! First off, he doesn't run his mouth. Two, he has hit some big shots for us. Three, better defense. Four, he doesn't have a stupid beard. Feel free to expand on the Magic's smart decision.

Better defense? I'm not entirely sure about that, DeShawn has done quite good on that front for Washington.

The biggest difference between the two is the salary; the Magic didn't want to pay DeShawn what he asked for and ended up with Bogans for half the price.

The fact that Bogans is a more consistent outside shooter and still is a decent defender at a cheaper price is what makes this a brilliant move for the Magic. They'll have to prove to be able to do this on a more regular basis if the team's salaries keep expanding in case Hedo gets a big extension. :roll:

It's interesting that Deshawn actually shot a higher percentage from 3 while taking just about the same amount of shots from the distance.
