Back spasm are debilitating and even semi-paralyzing injury, even the minor back spasms are can cause extreme discomfort to affect the movements of pro-athletes. You can never really treat back spasms even by therapeutic and massage treatments, it only goes away on its own by long periods of rest, Jameer Nelson will not have that option .

Just telling the truth man, Ive had back spasms and I tell you getting up from the bed, sitting on a chair, bending to pick something up can be a real struggle.
No, I understand. I've had neck spasms. I cannot imagine back spasms are a picnic either.
Hopefully he'll be able to go Saturday without too much limitation to his game....he's an x factor for us.

LOL, my entire life is dedicated to treating them. I do it every day of my life Monday through Friday. I don't need to look it up.
I took Kinesiology, yes you can treat back pain with anti-inflammatory, cortisone and some steroids but this is all for temporary releif and does more harm in the long run esp, for athletes who are always involve in hard contacta and high impact movements, just look at what happened to Tracy Mcgrady and all other athletes who used drugs to block out the pain, it never really goes away without sufficient and proper rest.

Look at the nickname of the guy you're talking to. That's real, not just some made up handle.
