Yeah I think Adelman is 5-1 in the postseason against Sloan. But Adelman's superior coaching in this series has been really evident to me given the injuries Houston has had. I think Adelman's made some great adjustments, and he's really playing this matchup a lot better than JVG did last year.

I doubt anybody expected this series to be "soft and finesse." I mean c'mon this is the playoffs here! Its never been "easy" laying against Utah. They are and always have been a physical team even when Hakeem would battle against Malone. You cant complain about that!! This is basketball at its finest!

You could say the Jazz failed to capitalize at the line and let Houston stick around the whole way and then just takeover down the stretch. I mean that was definatley a huge factor tonight as it was in Games 1 and 2 when Houston failed to do the same thing.

Flopping is so pathetic in this series and we have seen some more of that from the Rockets than usual. Some were called and others were ignored. And as a Rockets fan I hate watching it because thats not what we are about. But if the refs are calling it on us, then we might as well try to take advantage of it at some points. The SAD thing is though how much Utah has mastered the art. It seems at some points of the game they do it strategically in attempt to alter the game. Thats weak! Play the game the way its suppose to be played. Its funny because you dont even see it half the time because your accustomed to watching that type of play on a nightly basis for the past 20+ year !!!! Thats from as far back as I can remember because im just turning 24 myself.

Some Magic fans have been complaining about the flopping of Raptor players. I definitely agree with them. There were quite a lot of flopping.

But after watching this game and the last one, the Raptors don't compare. Utah is at another level with their flops because of AK. Houston has to flop on more occasions just to balance out the calls. AK nearly flopped his way to a victory at the end. It was still an entertaining game because the score was so close, but it would've been so much better if they just played basketball and not collapse onto the floor.

Anyone who thinks flopping is some new things to the sport knows nothing about the league. Though the league used to let you get away with more with out suspensions, that doesn't mean players haven't been taking a dive to get a foul call since the leagues creation.

The mere fact that a foul called can lead to a potential advantage means that teams have known to exploit it since it's creation.

Everyone does it now, everyone did it then, and everyone did it before that.

You're crying about spilled milk, it's about the same as worrying about the NFL officials being able to call holding whenever they want. Get over it.

I couldn't agree more. Every now and then, a flop is a flop...oh well boo hoo. But when you have to worry about losing an offensive possession because of a flop nearly every time you go down the court, it really takes away from the game. The thing that really angers me is how physical Utah is. I'd respect their physicality so much more if they didn't flop so much.

I don't think anyone is angry that flopping has just now become a problem in the NBA. It's been a problem for as long as I can remember. Malone did it, Stockton did it, hell even John Starks did it. The thing about it is that it sucks when it happens. It sucks when a flopping call goes against you, and it feels pretty sh*tty when your team gets away with a flop. I want to win because our team outplays your team, not because Scola can flail his arms more dramatically than Kirilenko.

It's hard when they're checking out the player concerned's butt.

The league did make it a point of emphasis (note: the emphasis on 'emphasis'), but only for players on less than $15,000,000 per season, past, present and future non-Olympians, and those players scoring less than 20 PPG.

Over the past couple of seasons the NBA's public, preseason claims of clamping down on a rule (eg. dissent, travel) have amounted to a couple of months of noticeable refereeing vigilance, media bleating to the tune of overkill, and an eventual return to the ways of old. It's brilliant stuff.

Man, this series has become very interesting in a hurry.

This series has new life.

A Rocket fan could I guess have been forgiven for seeing the sweep coming.

Game 4 is going to be a very important game.

3-1 and 2-2 are much different stories.

3-1 and Utah move to the brink of progressing, and should win in Game 6 (if needed)

2-2 and Houston has all the momentum all of a sudden.

Teams just can't get complacent, which I think the Jazz did.

Bring on Game 4.
