Ryan Anderson could be developed into a decent player.

I think OJ Mayo is underrated by many. The guy has NBA star written all over him. He put up numbers in a bad USC program that should be considered exceptional.

He's a tweener in a positive sense. He can player either guard position. He played outstanding defence on all the other top guards he was matched up against proving he can handle that position.

His shooting and ball-handling are top-notch as well. He's NBA ready now. This kid loves basketball and will only get better since he's willing to put in time practicing.

People talk about this draft as if it's a two man show. I feel confident predicting that in 10 years it will be Mayo and not Rose (do to a poor jumper) or Beasley (piss-poor attitude) that will be remembered as the best player to come from this draft.

After Rose/Beasley/Mayo, the player that I feel has the best chance to be a star is Joe Alexander. If he drops out of the lottery (like it seems he will right now, maybe even out of the top 20) some team is going to be very, very happy.

1st round: CDR. He needs to work on his body, get stronger so he can play SF, but that shouldn't be that big of a concern long term. Great instincts to get to the basket and a myriad of ways to get the ball into the bucket.

2nd round: Jamont Gordon. Big, strong, can play PG or SG. He won't be a star or anything, but a nice, combo guard off the bench. Reminiscent of Erick Strickland.

I think Lester Hudson could also be a real steal in the 2nd round. He just seems like the kind of guy who either becomes an above average starting PG or flames out completley and is released before his 2nd round deal is up.

I think he could be a Terry Porter esque' steal.

I almost feel that Walker is so obviously underrated he isnt even going to be mentioned. Mid 2nd round pick? Please. The guy is a late 1st rounder. Its agonizing to see Weaver, Lee, ex. ahead of him. He might take longer to develop, but his potential is far above them.

Lee is legit but I will give you Weaver.......with that said, Walker has a bad tendency to make some plays and shoot some shots that leave you shaking your head.....his body language at times screams "Me first, Me all the time!"

but I agree, wouldn't be shocked if he went late first.....whether or not I would take him there, wellllll depends on who else is sliding down

I bet if Walker's knee checks out alright he will be a late first/early second round pick.

Plaisted will be terrible in the NBA. He plays terrible competition in the MWC, he only has one low post move, and while he is a good athlete for a college big man, he will disappear in the NBA.

Think Mark Madsen if he gets lucky.

Hibbert might be a guy considered as underrated now that everyone seems to hate him and call him a stiff. He does still have good size, some nice post moves, good timing on blocks. He plays like Big Z in the post w/o the outside shot, but is just as slow and unathletic as him unfortunately. Considering the lack of true centers in the league, he could probably do a decent job of scoring against some of the backup PF's that masquerade as centers for a team's second unit.

The biggest thing I'd be concerned about with him is the lack of improvement from year 2 and beyond. He showed great improvements from year 1 and 2, but didn't really add much to his game after his great sophomore year.

Eh I guess we can agree to disagree here. I watched him single handily make a mockery out of UNC's and Louisville's frontline respectively. I guess I must of caught him on his best nights, but to me he had a lot of post moves, and with some developing could be a solid backup in the NBA.

Courtney Lee, Richard Hendrix & DJ White are all going to contribute a lot to which ever team is lucky enough to draft them.

Donte Green has top 10 talent & i have yet to see
him in anybody's mock lotto

he averaged a steal & a block to go wit 17 & 9 as
a freshman in a very competitive Big East conference.

he's a legit 6-10 with a smooth stroke, if he gets on
the right team look out

Donte Green- great talent, jeff green - esque
Danilo Gallnari - he would be good on a fastbreak team, point foward
Dj Augustine - great stroke, tj ford w/o the injuries w/ the shot

Both being 6-9/6-10 and with similar last names is about where the Donte Greene and Jeff Green comparison ends......for starters, one (Jeff) knows how to play the game and the other has no clue
