Fringe rotation player. At most, I could see him being a Desmond Mason clone.
Of course Jordan was able to dominate against the smaller, non-athletic players of his era...I mean, we're talking about an era where a 6'4" guy was the leading rebounder one year, and a team won two championships with a 5'11/6'2" backcourt! Put him in a league with hyperathletic seven-footers like Steven Hunter, Primoz Brezec and Patrick O'Bryant and I guarantee that Jordan wouldn't be driving anymore.
Plus, he wasn't a great three point shooter, so that limits the number of teams who would want him at all.
Would Michael Jordan be the best player in the NBA today?

Well when you are #1 in Scoring Average Career in the season, #1 in Scoring Average in the playoffs and #1 in Scoring Average in the Finals and each one of them you average over 30+ ppg then you are the best. Not to mention leading in PER 7x with the Highest PER ever, Leading in Win Shares 8x, Win Shares Above Average 8x, and Offensive Win Shares 8x. No other player has more than 5x leading in PER, nor 4x in Win Shares, Win Shares Above Average nor OWS.

Not to mention all of the off court issues like gambling. Plus, would we be sure he wouldn't skip a game to go play baseball? Jordan would get minutes, but not any significant playing time.
