I don't know which team is in the worse situation out of these three teams.
Dallas just looks like it has a bad fit with Kidd; Howard and his comments he's looking to get out.
Denver just giving up at home. Carmelo is going through it right now.
Phoenix is just unlucky having to play the Spurs every year.
All three teams are all over the salary cap for next year; each one's cap is already over 70 million. They all need changes but what could they possibly do.....

Dallas will be okay next year with a year working on new offensive sets with kidd instead of iso which they kept using with devon and had no time to epxeriment... and they should make playoffs again unless GSW, portland, etc start playing really really well.
Denver has youth (melo, jr, kleiza, najera)... they can try and go and trade a few young players for a chance to win, but i think they might be better off trying to build their youth and maybe trade some of their veterans for a younger player.
Phoenix might be in trouble next year with shaq's motivation (or lack thereof) which might lead them to falter out of playoffs unless diaw steps in big.
