I didn't click on the link, but did he jump over a 7 footer? because I think Vince did that once..not sure though, it wasn't impressive or anything, so my memories of that incident aren't clear..

As a known Lakers fan/Kobe jocker, Vince is WAY more athletic than Kobe.

Carter's ankle injury early in the season definitely limited his athletic ability this season. I'd wait until next season to see if he's still more athletic than Kobe.

In their athletic primes Carter was def. more athletic.

Who really cares who is more athletic anyway? It really doesn't matter when you're comparing two athletes that good. It's like comparing Bill Gates to the King of Saudi Arabia. It doesn't matter who is more loaded because they both have so much money they'll never ever need to worry about it.

Carter has one of these clips where he's doing windmills and 360s in traffic.

In their athletic primes, its Carter, no contest. But still, Kobe is, ya know, more importantly, a better player by a lot.

Dude, Vince is more athletic, stronger, probably faster too. Kobe is better though.

Vince at 225 was quicker, stronger, longer, faster, a better leaper, massive hands to catch anything, and body control as good as anyone.

Kobe at 205 was nearly as quick and fast, a good leaper....

Kobe at 220 was about as strong, but wasn't that close in terms of leaping and speed/quickness.

Right now VC is only slightly more athletic than Kobe. Vince Carter has lost a lot of his hops imo. VC was definitely much more athletic than Kobe when he was in his prime though.

That's a complete and UTTER joke. Vince was never close to as fast and quick as young skinny Kobe. Leaping ability, body control are debatable points at least. There is however NO debate that Kobe was always quicker/faster. That shows your absurd bias in this debate.

My absurd bias? I'm a Kobe fan.

I am not a Vince fan.

funny taht the points taht are clearly in Vince's favor are debatable, but the points you believe are in favor of Kobe are no contest.

And I'm biased

Did Vince really jump over a 7 footer or did he use his arm to leverage his way over a 7 footer.
