Why does the media say the Nuggets are the first ever 50 win team to get swept in the playoffs? What about the 50 win Memphis Grizzlies in 2004? They got swept 4-0 too.
that dunk was sick!

Except for saying they don't like to play half-court basketball... which is a main part of their problem on both sides of the court. Which delves into multiple different areas.

The rest was fine.

Nutty Nats Fan wrote:Actually the real problem is their coach doesn't have an offensive system. He gave up on the defense, which had been ranked in the top five for the first 30 or 40 games of the season (and I don't mean that PPG crap, but efficiency ranking), and he generally doesn't care anymore. He'd rather play bumper cars before a game than work on a game plan.

It's not just the coach that has to adjust or maybe be changed, it's also the players physically and mentally... it's the whole team on both ends of the court. They have to improve and get more diverse in ability.

That obviously has to come internally in ways and also externally. If they don't improve as a team on both ends of the court much, they'll keep on having a ceiling, and not taking that next step as a team.

Denver can't just change the coach, and then have insignificant roster change.

We have to come out strong and blow this team out of the water. Show them they have absoluetly zero chance of beating us. I said it once and i'll say it again, only sweep in the western conference this year.

MUAHAHA called it from game 1. My next prediction, Utah will play the Lakers next round.

Was this a snorefest or what? I didn't even bother searching the game on sopcast (I'm in the office currently) because I knew the Lakers would sweep the Nugs.

Grats Lakers!

Hubie Brown got the grizzlies a 50-32 record in the 04-05 season and then Dallas San Antonio swept them.
