I haven't agreed with anyone yet
First - If you don't feel sore anymore it means you aren't pushing yourself on the weights enough. Sounds like you are just going through the motions in the gym if you do that.

Second - Even though you are sore you should still fight through it, playing ball is a good way to aid you recovery from weights sessions by getting blood flowing and loosening yourself up.

Three - This is a personal preference, but I don't rate stretching as a lifter. Stretching is good depending what you want, looser joints will be less stable bearing big weights. If your main sport is ball then stretching is important for injury prevention, but if you are a lifter, only be flexible enough to enable to complete the full ROM on your lifts.
