YOUR WINNER, THE CHICAGO BULLS!
This last series did not disappoint at all. Rodman was an absolute beast the last couple of games and Jordan was his usual self. Pippen struggled so they had to pick up the slack to pull this out. The Showtime Lakers almost snatched this trophy but Jordan willed this one from them. You may think this would of been the obvious winner but if it wasn't for a VERY lucky 4th quarter vs the Bucks, Chicago wouldn't even be here right now. It also had a couple of pretty great runs (Cavs/Jazz) to add some drama.
I had fun doing this, thanks for all the people who followed it.

WOOOOOOW! This Cleveland team pulls off another HUGE upset. Daugherty was a freaking beast in this series.. also, Bird was mostly neutralized to look somewhat normal.. only exploding in like one or two games.. wow.. I thought this Cleveland team would be out the first round.
1991-1992 CAVS ADVANCE TO EASTERN CONFERENCE FINALS
Colossal fail.

1985/86 Celtics: 67-15, 40-1 at home: best home winning percentage in history.
1986/87 Lakers: 65-17, beat those Celts 4-2 in the Finals.
"Those" Celtics = no Walton and a Kevin McHale playing on a broken foot.
It wasn't the same team. (Now imagine Bias had lived.)

I think we should just stick to the facts since Bias was a big What If anyways. What we know is the 85-86 celtics are considered among the greatest teams in the NBA.
I think that a series simulation ran between Bulls and Celtics would result in a Celtics win though. The Bulls don't really have answers for Parish or Mchale. The frontcourt of Boston opened up the court and make the game easier for the backcourt.
I hate to use this analogy, but... I think that the structure of the Celtics is very similar to the current Lakers (once Bynum comes back) and also the Lakers featuring Magic, Jabbar, Worthy, etc. The inside-outside combination of each of these teams is very balanced.

True, that's why I parenthesized it. Just food for thought.

Good points (except for the current Lakers analogy
