Nash = Overrated
Sorry but I've just been holding this back for way too long now.
He is certainly overated, and if you watched game 5, you'd agree that was some of the weakest ball handling, some of the poorest decisions along with the almighty choke performance.
He is obviously exposed by the Spurs. Who continually vamp the defensive pressure. His frantic style of basketball is unwarranted, inefficient and helter-skelter.
He just doesnt have the athleticism of Chris Paul or Deron Williams to score as willingly as they can distribute.
He is an excellent shooter, yet he refuses to shoot! How on earth can you keep defenses honest when all they expect you to do is dish.
He is also a poor defender, who got lit up by Tony Parker, I'm actually glad I didnt get to see his ass get owned by Chris Paul.
There is no structure when he runs a play, when the ball is in his hands. Each play is designed for him to trust his own instinct, and hope that is pans out. Well in the clutch, it most likely wont.
I suggest that everyone watch how Nash plays: its ugly, unorganized basketball that is just disgraceful to the game of professional basketball. That if you watch him consistently, you really watch and wonder what the hell was that play designed to do, or what the hell are they trying to do?
In the end, Nash is an above average point guard that should not be the focal point of a team. His poor decision making skills and lack of pure clutchness will only hurt Phoenix for as long as he plays there.
He is a horrible defender. He is not an offensive threat (other than through his selective shots). He can't drive to the basket and attract fouls. Finally, his decision making and reliance on the PnR to save his ass will continue to backfire on him and his team. He is not MVP caliber, and his deficiencies will continue to outwiegh some of the pros he brings.
As long as Nash is at the helm for the Suns, they will never amount to anything. Just a horrible choke job by Nash: the most overrated MVP point guard I've ever seen play.

He just isnt.
In fact, I'd say he is horrible.
He just doesnt have the offensive game to fuel what he normally wants to do on plays.
He is not a leader. He is not mentally tough as others would say. Ive watched most games since the trade, and whenever the game is on the line, results are only prevelant when he shoots --- and doesnt try to create shots for others...
He is an excellent shooter, but he is either scared to take the game winning shot or has way too much trust in Boris Diaw...

Nash is a terrific offensive player, and he's hit more big shots in the playoffs than Deron and Chris have played playoff games.

They really didn't have any game winning shot oppurtunities this series. Game tying, yes. Did you see that falling out of bounds 3 he made?
Iwould suggest that Nash is passed his peak right now, and is on a slow decline, but he's no way the player you make him out tobe.

Yet they still have one thing in common: 0 rings
That's not the point, he said Nash is afraid to take big shots, when he has hit plenty, I can't believe this is even a criticism.

Its not based on 1 game.
Its based on a series of clutch situations that start with the primay ball handler.
You all are a bunch of insult to not see how terrible this guy plays. His offensive game has so many blatant holes. He cant drive to the basket and he doesnt want to shoot in the clutch, the only strength of his offensive arsenal.
WTF is your logic you insult?
This is a recollection of all the errors he has made in tight games over the course of the season. Games 1, 2 , 3 and 5 are just epitomes of how horrible this team is down teh stretch when Nash has the ball.
You crossed the line there. No insults allowed.
