We have RJ. We have no need for Maggette. No way we trade Harris for a first.

RJ to us is worth more than Outlaw and Jack. Not to mention both Toronto and Portland would have to work extremely hard to cover RJ's contract. Outlaw and Ford are also BYC players.

I think we should give Harris at least a full season before we ship him out, no?

Portland missed the boat on this one.

Oh, and that Maggette trade is just too stupid for words. We really NEED another 2/3!

Anyways, Harris might not ever be a top 3 PG in this league, but he's pretty darn good. I can't really see the Nets giving him up personally.


Mavs fan here, only a couple months later, we got raped on that trade, I can't believe we gave up 2 first round picks too. Devin isn't a HOF point guard but he could keep his guy in front of him and got into the lane

Not a big fan of PER. It takes so much not into account for it to be taken as an elite stat. That and the fact if I ever met Hollinger, I'd kick him in the nuts.
