Josh Howard..

Post#1 » by HarlemHeat37 » Wed Apr 30, 2008 5:04 pm

how low has his stock fallen?..

struggled in the 2nd half of the year, and struggled HEAVILY in the playoffs..add in the marijuana incident and the fact that he partied after the game 4 loss, despite Avery's demands not to party during the playoffs..his game seems to have regressed, and he doesn't seem to have matured at all during his time in the NBA..

how low has his stock fallen? what is he worth?..

We should trade him to Indiana and let him re-unite with his old buddy Marquis Daniels. They could party together. MD brings the guns, JoHo brings the doobage ...

Man, who knows what's up. He's had a lot of personal issues since all star break but still, he's just been a disappointment ever since he got attention for being "underrated" and then converted into a jumpshooter.

He's a good guy, but not the best decision maker and a 3rd option on a good team, he's not a Robin.

Howard is nothing without his lover Devin Harris.

nahh, New Orleans has the CP3/Wake and West/Prosser connection going for him, and if all this talk about Devin Harris is true, Howard needs some buddies alongside him.

Josh's time in Dallas could very well be done.

He Quit on his team plain and simple and that is far worse than his pathetic play. I wouldn't be surprised if Mavs were going to actively shop him this offseason.

Who's Prosser?

Toronto has tradable assets and I'm not sure NO has them in such abundance.

The late Skip Prosser, coached West at Xavier and Paul/Howard at WF.

NO probably wouldn't realistically have a shot at him unless the Mavs were in full on dump mode and/or wanted Peja.

I think his All-Star selection and his 47 point game against Utah went to his head . He's just stopped to work hard on the court and add the fact that he's allways in danger for mental breakdowns add up to the conclusion he's just not that good anymore .

You can't stop working hard when the hard work was you best attitude .

he got a big ego and started smoking pot instead of working on his game
Dwight Howard on his FT struggles:

"I just think everybody needs to stop talking about it," Howard said. "There's more to life than free throws."

It was one bad series, and a month of bad play before this bad series. Since the trade he had one great month and two bad months. He put up around 21/8 on 48% shooting before the trade.

People are overreacting after his terrible series, but I still think Dallas will shop him.

I can't remember the last time Kidd ran into a player from his own team so much as he did with Josh Howard the few months that they played together.

Kidd would be pushing the ball and catch up to Howard, who is undecided on where to go, and next thing you know the only thing Josh can do is stop in his tracks and Kidd has nowhere to go because the break is now busted.
