DeVon Hardin puts up Perk-like stats at the college level as a senior. What makes you all think he will suddenly explode in the NBA? Perk > DeVon.

The problem isn't production, and frankly it isn't Perk. Even if he is limited offensively he is really a solid ball player, bet we just need two of him.

The last thing we need is a finesse big man. That is what KG is, most of his offensive game is outside of 18 ft.

Devon Hardin is a lot like Perk and that is a good thing. He is more athletic, longer and finishes better at the rim. He gives a good effort defensively whether he is scoring or not.

The job description isn't for a 20 point scorer we got that covered. What we need is PJ Brown just 15 years ago.

I've seen tape of Jawai before, he looks awesome, you think he'll be around at 30? He'd be a Big upgrade over Perk. He's pretty much a bigger Jason Maxiel or Brandon Bass. But like Big Baby he could stand to lose some weight.

I'm also interested in Riek. He's not very skilled yet, but he's more athletic than Perk and is a legit 7'2".

At the moment he is projected to go in the mid second round. I was crazy about him when I first heard talk about him but remember one thing he plays in Austrailia, which translates into HORRIABLE COMPETION!

Very good size, better athlete than Perk, would be a great energy guy to have.

I think of him as a bigger Anderson Varejao. He may not put up gaudy numbers, but he's active on the court and I think would be as good as Perk right away, and better down the road.

Sounds like a good player if he is available to us. All we need is Perkins with a bit more athleticism. We don't really need a complete offensive skill set - just the ability to get up and finish and grab rebounds.
