Delonte West is having a nice series in Washington. Averaging nearly 13 pts and 5 asst per game.
I always thought he was the type of guy who would hit game winning shots in the playoffs and he is already proving that he can.
I'd love to hear Pete explain why this guy who doesn't belong in the NBA is starting for the defending EC champs and providing the best PG play Lebron has ever enjoyed.

"I think the criticism's stupid," Stevens said. "So I don't care. I'm with Jaylen (Brown) on that. Those two had achieved more than most 25 and 26 year olds ever had. I'd rather be in the mix and have my guts ripped out than suck."

I would much rather play the Cavs than the Wiz. The Wiz are too unpredictable. They have 3 All-Stars and you never know what to expect. With the Cav, you know that everything's going to run through Lebron.
I've been watching The Cavs-Wiz series and Lebron has been driving to the hoop every time he touches the ball, especially in the 4th. Let him shoot. You have a better chance of limiting his production by doing so.

It's funny because the D. West I see is shooting .390 from the field. And we actually have guys saying "I told you so." All I can say is huh?! Wait until the Cavs win a series before touting him.
Pete
I know he is shooting .390 from the floor that is why I said he has been average. He looks pretty decent in how he controls the team from the playmaking position but outside of one game I can`t say he has truely impressed me. He is what he is. Not really a playmaker but certainly a player who can help a team. And he is definitely better than Banks. If nothing else he at least tries and always plays his heart out.

Agreed. While Delonte is a nice player, he's not the star a lot of people make him out to be.
That being said I wouldn't mind seeing him back here backing up Rondo!
It's still 17 to 11!!!!
