Where is everyone going to be tommorow?

Post#1 » by JoshB914 » Thu May 1, 2008 8:03 pm

Firstly, I was wondering if anyone going to the game tommorow has anything planned for a pregame activity. Maybe we could organize a pregame realgm thing? Getting to meet fellow posters for Game 3 was a huge success, I would love to do it again. I usually hit up Gorin's in the CNN Center before games, but I'd be down for whatever.

What about you guys outside of the ATL? Do you watch the games at home or usually head to a bar?

Just another topic of conversation to pass the time. 8 PM Tommorow can't come soon enough.

Is anyone gonna bring signs with something like "where's Bibby" on them?

I look at the game on TV.
Where the offseason has more buzz happens.

I will be in front of my computer, watching the game on sopcast (i have no odder source here in Hungary to watch the game) in a Hawks t-shirt and yelling and swearing at 2 AM. At the end of the game I will be happy, because the series are going back to Boston.

I wish I could make it there tomorrow night but due to family stuff I won't be able to. I agree with Josh, it was very nice to hang out with realgm Hawks fans at game 3. On the top of that, the Hawks gave us more than enough reason to celebrate.
GO HAWKS.

Still haven't decided, but I will later tonight and post an update. How far is Stats from the arena?

I'll be in sec. 212 doing a lot of cheering and a lot of praying. Hopefully more cheering than praying. I'd like to meet up with you guys but I'm going to a baseball game before then so I'll be cutting it close just getting there by tip.

I'll be in 212. If I have time to stop by the store tomorrow, I might be the one with the "Great job... but fire Woodson anyway!" sign....

If you walk out of the omni hotel, take a left, it's just past the Congress Center parking lot on your left.

Thanks, I'm not much of a pedestrian, but I was considering it as a pregame spot. I'd have to vary my parking routine to make it work, but it might be worth it. Other thoughts were Jock's and Jill's Galleria and taking their shuttle. I'm sure they're doing the shuttle. Or my normal Red Deck routine to have the most post game flexibility. Still can't decide.

Normally I am way more decisive than this.

I'm looking forward to the Tac Mac opening up at the CNN building. Don't forget about the block party by the arena.

When is that Taco Mac opening? That's a great place to go.

I have no idea. It's still under construction but the progress appears to be going well.

Did anyone end up going to Stats? If so, what did you think?
