Actually Korver has really sucked in the playoffs so far. He is 3-15 from 3 point range. If he could have hit an open 3 in game 3, this serious would have been a sweep.

He was so terrible in game 4 he got benched 2 minutes into the 4th.

he's a clutch shooter because that's the only aspect
of his game that he does well.

he can barely dribble, can't defend, can't make
plays for other people so his jumper aint on
he knows he's goin straight back to the bench
Sloan don't play that **** so thats even more incentive
for Korver to knock down shots cause if he dont
he'll be on the pine

What kind of question is this? How are we supposed to know why he's so clutch? Maybe because he's a shooter and he feels no pressure?

When his shot is off he brings nothing else to the game.

Honestly, I've only see 2 of the Jazz/Rockets games thus far but he's hasn't particularly impressed. I will say however that in 2 previous series he played against the Pistons that he was an absolute no-show. Granted he's exactly the sort of player that Prince destroys, but still, I wouldn't exactly call the guy clutch.

for me , his quick releasing prevents him from thinking about the circumstances he is in at that moment ; so he can shoot with the same consistency like in a regular season game , while others' fg percentages are lowering . that makes him shine .

Well, thats not really true, but he just gets the ball in key situations, and his consistency in his shot allows the ball to go in more frequently.

That's why Kyle gets paid the amount of money he does. Other contenders needed to drop the hammer and trade for Kyle when they had the opportunity.

Korver was a great pick-up for us, but his clutchness (from 3, he's been awesome at the line) has been questionable at best in the playoffs.

I'm still delighted to have him, but he needs to get his **** together.

The big thing that Kyle has brought the Jazz is automatic freethrows in close games when the other team HAS to foul. This cost us 5 games before the trade, this saved us 5 after.

He has been doing pretty crappy otherwise. He has been really streaky, and because he is hitting at the right times he has the aura of being the dagger in the heart.
