yea, you guys lost because darius couldnt play:roll:... rofl, such a homer...:

No we lost because we weren't the better team. I was heated at the time, the better team won. Congrats Cavs fans and good luck vs Boston. You guys have the best player in the East in Lebron and a good coach.

Cavs closed out like a team on a mission. Very good showing from Wally. Great game from LeBron. Put all that Wizard unnecessary talking to bed.

I must say that I'm both happy and surprised that the Cavs moved on. They were just terrible at the end of the season but are looking better now. It's good to beat the Wiz again and maybe just maybe they won't talk so much next year when we inevitably play again.

Will someone please ban this guy for taking my sign? How do we have all these mods yet someone is allowed to steal my sign and rub it in my face when I did nothing to him. Several other people agreed with me and thought it was insane that the mods allow this.

I don't know what else you want me to say, I already said congrats to the Cavs.

Why would Kobe fans be mad? Cavs beat the Wiz--that's supposed to make us mad? Groundhog day

You sure seemed awfully happy after the Cavs lost game 5. Wonder why that was?

Props to the Wiz fans on here giving us our credit. One of these years both teams should meet at full strength on both sides... Unfortunately Im not sure that will ever happen.

Just to remind before the series %70 of the RealGM'ers picked the WIZ to advance. Dejavu :)

I think 70% of RealGM'ers were also expecting a slightly lesser version of the Arenas that averaged 34 PPG or whatever it was against the Cavs two years ago, but scoring more in the 20's. Yea, there was nothing close to that player on the floor for the Wizards.

Third time wasn't a charm though...

What og15 said. We didn't expect the Gilbert that averaged almost 35/5/5 in 06', but we did expect a guy who, although gimpy, could at least help this team. Unfortunately, we were wrong, the injury was worse than expected and not only couldn't he be effective when playing but he had to sit out the two biggest games of the year.

Combine that with Cleveland playing far better than they showed at the end of the season (a big reason why even Cavs fans were down on the team heading into the playoffs), Gibson finding his shot again, and many more things, and the Cavs made it look easy.

Congrats to Cleveland and their fans. They were the better team, no doubt.

Gibson hadn't really lost his stroke so much as he'd been injured and hadn't been playing. But otherwise I agree, the Cavs played better than they had been playing in some time. It really was the Cavs defense that improved most.

Hopefully, Wally keeps his shooting stroke and we can get Sasha going as well. If he can play that should help the Cavs defense and we should be able to bring Wally off the bench along with Gibson.

Why did you guys expect a gimpy Arenas to lead you past a healthy LeBron? Do you guys watch the Wizards games...you had to know he wasnt near 100%.

It looked like Mike Brown actually had an offensive game plan last night...it was unbelievable. The offense had a flow that I've never seen before.

LeBron essentially played a flawless game, Gibson showed some of his shooting magic from the Detroit closeout game last year, and Wally came up big. Joe Smith contributed nicely as well.

The only guy who still seems to be doing nothing is Varejao. The guy should never see the court.

My favorite play of the game last night was when the Cavs were on a fast break and two guys shifted completely over to LeBron and left Wally for a wide open layup...if thats not "making your teammates better" I dont know what is. LeBron essentially scored two points for Wally there.

27, 13, 13...LeBron: Underrated, Underapprectiated, Balla.

Is it me or does Gibson only score in the 20's in the playoffs?
