Traveling in the NBA
Why is so hard to call traveling? There's a discussion right now going around about Caron Butler's traveling in the previous game of the CLE-WAS series. I mean what is the deal with the NBA? Wasn't it one year that they were calling it every time it happened? Put your top 5 "travelers' of the NBA
Mine top 5 list of "travelers" goes like this...
1. Dwyane Wade
2. LeBron James
3. Manu Ginobili
4. Amare Stoudemire
5. Tony Parker

Dwight Howard on his FT struggles:
"I just think everybody needs to stop talking about it," Howard said. "There's more to life than free throws."

1. Lebron James
2. D-Wade
3.
4.
5.
I'd have to think about numbers 3, 4, and 5 but D-Wade has this one spin move where he can cover like half the court (still despite that move he's no Lebron when it comes to taking extra steps AND getting away with it).
I think this is one of the things we should appreciate about the generation of chuckers the NBA went through. Iverson, Francis, and Marbury might not have been as good as the hype around them but at least they didn't blatantly travel every couple of plays.
Those guys had handles...
