Same here its seems like most of us already have given up on Morrison.

Sorry, but I would put Ammo at the end of my list. Not that he will not be a good player. I just think he has a long way before LB would think of him as an important part to his team....Hell he did not even know who he was until Tuesday....

I guess it's my turn. I wanted to do this pre-draft and post-draft to see how our impressions of the roster would change, depending on who we draft. So look forward to the second chance version in July.

My order of importance/indispensability is:

1A- Jason Richardson
1B- Emeka Okafor
3- Gerald Wallace
4- Raymond Felton
5- 1st Round Pick # 8
6- Jared Dudley
7- Nazr Mohammed
8- Matt Carroll
9- Jermareo Davidson
10- 2nd Round Pick- # 38
11A- Sean May
11B- Adam Morrison
13- Derek Anderson
14- Ryan Hollins
15- Earl Boykins
16- Othella Harrington

Richardson and Okafor. Different skillsets, but equally hard to replace. Definitely keepers.

Wallace- Last year was my # 1. This year, that concussion thing has me scared that he will retire before the contract expires. Big contract, soft skull, definitely trade bait, but with a heavy heart on my part.

Felton- Should have already had enough heart to be up there with CP3 in terms of accomplishments. It is simply not enough to predict the playoffs. He needs to work his tail off to get the Bobcats where the Hornets are. (Keeper for now, but HAS to get his game in gear or LB will ship him out for us!)

1st Rounder- Just a hunch that we won't stay at 8. I hope that means # 1 or # 2, but if we can get what we want with a trade, why not!!!!

Dudley- Misused by Vincent. A year with Larry Brown will show just how much. Keeper.

Mohammed- May be the piece used to get whatever trade target we might have. I love what he brings to our team, but if we can improve-off he goes. Trade Bait.

Carroll- Has the ability to be instant offense. Too bad that he too was misused by Vincent. Borderline Keeper/Trade Bait.

Davidson- Could benefit from some intensive coaching. Hope he gets it during the summer! Borderline Trade Bait/Filler.

2nd Rounder- May be the place we get our big if we get lucky and get Rose or Mayo. There seems to be a bunch of bigs populating the lower 1st round-upper 2nd round area. Could be equal to or surpass Davidson's abilities. Could also be traded!

May and Morrison- Right now, these two are filler until they prove that they are properly rehabbed and fit to play. May gets the A because he shares a Carolina experience with Larry Brown. I think Morrison may get PT first, though. Then they move up to Trade Bait.

Anderson, Boykins, Hollins- Filler.

Harrington- :banghead: :banghead:

Richardson and Carroll are my definite keepers.....JRich is our best player and every good team needs a player like Matty boy, I think LB will love him

Okafor I personally dont like as I think he sucks as a legit offensive threat and I havent seen were he has really improved from year 1, but what he can do defensively & on the glass if we can get another big to place beside him, you dont give up a defensive presence like that for nothing

Felton...again I dont like but w/ him being a UNC PG I think LB will really try damn hard to develop him and see what he can do....reluctantly I say keeper

Gerald Wallace embodies the bobcats and what we want this team to be....maximum effort at all times but he gets hurt too much and his jumper is very suspect. For the first time in his tenure here I am of the belief we have to look at trading him but now w/ the injury issue his value may be at an all time low....

May, Morrison & Davidson I would keep..... Morrison hasnt had time to develop, he isnt Larry Bird never gonna be but now w/ JRich entrenched as the dominant scorer & we can get another scorer if Adam can give us 12-13 ppg he's valuable....May I think is a better player than Okafor his problem is obvious he cant stay healthy....Davidson if he adds weight/muscle shows potential and has post moves.....

Dudley I like but he isnt gonna be a difference maker and is easily replacable in my eyes, especially if we keep Gerald & Morrison cuz thy're gonna get PT and JRich can also play the SF

Everybody else can go from my standpoint....
