The Suns are a gimmick offense now? Where you guys just don't give up with the potshots do you?

Yes, it's a gimmick. The Suns offense made Nash look better than he actually is. Overhyped and overrated. Want more proof?

Suns were 11-20 against the top 8 in the WC.
Suns were 20-25 against .500 teams.

That just shows that Phoenix padded their record with wins against lottery teams. Spurs were just weeding out a team of pretenders.

Nope, I didn't lose any at all. If he can't make over 50% of his FT's, that is his fault. Take him off the court then (of course I know they can't just do that). But if Shaq hadn't shot 44% FG in the series, and 2-8 FG in the elimination game, he would've made up for all his missed FT's by hitting FG's.

I lost respect for Popovich in a big way. Not for the Hack-a-Shaq as a strategy, but for using it in the THIRD quarter, and using it when the Spurs were AHEAD. I thought that was ridiculous and wasn't something you'd expect a championship team to do. I hope the Hornets knock them off something fierce.

AJ:"I'm Western Conference," he said. "I'm Popovich. I'm for him, for Texas and for the Spurs."

The idea that a world championship team used the hack a Shaq to advance to the second round makes me really wonder how confident they were in there ability to win that series without. I don't think they win game 1 or game 5 without using it.

You play to win the game. If exploiting the other team's weakness is how you win, then that's what you do.
