Sounds like a hell of a crowd was there. Even on TV it seemed pretty nuts. Have to say I had the same feeling when I went to the Magic game 5 that sent us to the 2nd round for the 1st time in 12 yrs. It was crazy all around. Glad to see your team turning the corner. Hope you can put the lights on in Boston on Sunday.

Are you kidding me? I haven't been to an arena where the announcer *didn't* do that.
Anyway, I've been to Finals playoff games in San Antonio, and the crowd tonight was even louder and more energy than that. It was unbelievable. Especially compared to the regular season games we've been to over the years; I'm very happy that the people of Atlanta are showing up.
Toronto fans come up with some great chants, the announcer has no control over them... THEY'RE OUTTA CONTROL

Take the HOWWWARD Jeering, the JOSE JOSE JOSE soccer song, MOOOOOOON etc.
But I gotta say the Atlanta fans are bananas. Go Hawks

Win or lose tommorow. these playoffs really have been a dream. We have proved everyone and all the misconceptions about this team wrong.
We've played great basketball, taken a great team to the limit, showed major toughness, shown who the real ROY is and so on. We also proved people wrong at Phillips, making the most noise of any arena perhaps all postseason. The Ric Bucher's of the world will have to shut up and find a new team to pick on now.
Let's prove everyone wrong one more time tommorow.

Yes that was incredible. The crowd was PUMPED.

I wasn't but I will spare money for next years PO run and maybe I will be yelling in Philips with the crowd. The problem is that only the flight its about 1500-2000. But you never know, if I will go someday in the states, I have to watch a Hawks game live.
