I always remember that we drafted Harris in the 2nd round and NVE was still available.

while wearing a mavs jersey, nash should be off the list, the bastard only produced to stick it to cuban when he left for phoe, hell finley should be ahead of him

You're dillusional. But then again, some people say Harris never produced a lick and wanted him out of town also. Both showed clearly why the Mavs should keep them and both time Cuban and Donnie f'd it up.

I just wanted to be clear that it was not "to ever wear a mavs jersey" because then Alex English probably makes the top 10 and Nash jumps up to 2nd or 3rd...

you know i was against trading harris so thats not me. As for nash, how did he show this? By never averaging a double figure assist margin in his six years here, yet doing it in phoe asap, by never taking the summer off to play for canada, but doign that as a sun? the man is a jackoff, he wanted to prove a point to cuban and he did no doubt, but he didnt warrent anything from dallas to max him out.

He was an all-star player even with players like Dirk and Finley on this team. Nash never had a Marion, a Staudamire here. Look at Kidd; he can't avg a double figure ast here either even without doing anything else offensivley. From 2000 to 2004 he avg no less than 14.5 ppg & no less than 7.3 apg (highs 17.9 & 8.8 ). He was the master of pick & roll or pick & pop. We could break down the defense. He was a slasher & shooter even here in Dallas. And if you watched any of the games back then, you would see a playoff team with him on the court and a team running around with their heads cut off when he was on the bench.

I have to back JES12 and agree that Nash should be considered an all-time great Mav as should Finley.

Both helped raise this franchise from the pits of dispair.

I'm surprised at how little love Finley is getting.

Give Fin DAWG some love as well as the Nashty one..

Fin did so much with so little.
If we could just close games with Luka, Kyrie, Green, Maxi, and Wood that'd be great...

That is a very poor argument. Kidd was here for half a year and had nowhere near the offensive weapons that Nash had. And although Nash did more on offense, he did much less on defense.
