Two guys with no experience? I don't know. Doesn't Nique already work in the FO? I would love to bring in Smitty as an assistant, he could at least help some of our guys with their jump shooting.

I want Nique on the bench and have a more hands on in game showing with the players. After every report of Nique pulling a guy to the side, you saw immediate change in their game and them doing what was reported he told them. He told josh to stop shooting jumpers and he went a good two months without taking them. He told Acie to be aggressive and the next time he touched the court he just kept going to the rim no matter what.

Its that kinda stuff that is needed. He needs to stay closer to the players instead of his token position in the FO.

Yeah...I said it. nique got hired because he was the face of the franchise. Anyone know what exactly he does? Anyone?

I don't like it. I wouldn't mind either in an assistant coach capacity but I don't want a rookie HC.

Same goes for GM, wouldn't mind either in an advisory role (Nique is in one now, right?) but I don't want to trust all personnel decisions to them til I know they can cut it.

I'd stop watching the team if they were dumb enough to hire those two. Smith has never been an assistant coach and Nique would probably just be bad(just like most former great players). I also wouldn't want to see Nique fail. He is fine doing what he's doing.

I like Smith as a coach better than Nique. He makes a lot of sense when he talks about our team on TV. But they both got to get some experience first. No way you offer them the head coach job. As an assiststant, anytime, though Nique has already been working with J. Smith.
