Without picking the 5 guys I have down for 1st team all NBA (Howard, Garnett, James, Bryant, Paul) I'd try this lineup out as I think they would work very well together:

C - Dwight Howard
F - Tim Duncan
F - Caron Butler
G - Kobe Bryant
G - Chauncey Billups
