Portland Improved over last year without Oden
Al Jefferson was played really well in Minny, and with a healthy Foye they showed they could beat legit teams
The Warriors, even though they didn't make the playoffs, get a lottery pick and Ellis really emerged as a second tier sg.

Obviously none of those compare to being in the final 4 of the West, but then again none of them were really picked to be there in the first place.

this is why he said any PLAYOFF team and last time I checked the teams you mentioned were not in the playoffs...

I go with Denver

That Mavericks trade was just flat-out (Please Use More Appropriate Word). :nonono:

I'd rank them:

1. Mavs

2. Suns
3. Nuggets

4. Rockets

5. Blazers/Warriors

I really don't understand this. Everyone singles out Denver for their talent, but the whole Western Conference is talented. Personally, I think Phoenix and the Lakers are more talented, and the Spurs, Hornets, Jazz, Rockets (when fully healthy), and Mavericks are just as talented.

Shhhhhhh.

we are just more hate-able than other teams. Melo does dumb **** all the time, AI is known for dominating the ball and killing chemistry and then we got a bunch of overpaid/overrated bigs. honestly, we have a team of punks, some need to grow up, some need to leave, and some just keep on not getting fired as head coach. its pretty weak.

I'm going with Phoenix.

Basic logic told that Dallas wasn't going to come out better for the trade, and Denver, well most real basketball fans knew that team wasn't going to crap with AI and Melo and their defense. By defense I mean no defense.

It's Dallas. And if the FO doesn't pull their head out, it's gonna be even worse next year.

Dallas, by a mile.

I didn't really anticipate much better from Denver, to be honest

I went with Phoenix because I think they had a good chance if they would have kept Marion...or at least got somebody other than Shaq. I'm not saying that Shaq is the main problem, but I at least think they could have given San Antonio more of a run with Marion.

that's the dumbest $h1t I've ever heard. How can a trade that was supposed to win a championship but failed make it "ok" to suck?

Dallas then phoenix

Did anyone expect denver to win anything especially a series against the lakers?

Denver for sure. A team with that much talent getting swept and blown out in each game.

no one should be voting for denver. who expected the nuggets to make it past the 1st round? they aren't THAT disappointing. so they lost in 4 games instead of their usual 5, big deal.

the most disappointing is easily phoenix. they were a legitimate title contender that realistically had a gripe as being the real champion last year. for them to lose in the 1st round in 5 games is crazy.

dallas? they lost in the 1st round last year too.

houston? you mean yao got hurt and tmac didn't make it out of the 1st round? who would have guessed?

golden state? def. disappointing. they overachieved last yr though.

portland? they shouldn't even be an option. only reason to put them there is that it was disappointing that they had to deal with an injury but then you have better options like the clippers and kings. portland actually persevered through it.
