How would you round this team out?

Post#1 » by joe.linnen » Mon May 5, 2008 10:09 pm

I was looking at some of my NBA pictures and I saw one of Carlos Boozer, Shawn Marion, and Kobe Bryant. I was wondering how would you guys finish this team and make the a title contender.

Mine would be:

SF:Marion|Ariza
PF:Boozer|Thomas
C:Aldridge|Noah
SG:Bryant|Barbosa
PG:Terry|Caldron

Starting 5

Paul / Williams
Bryant/Ginobli
Marion/Pierce
Boozer/ Duncan
Howard/ Wallace

that would be enough complimentary shooters to go with the drivers and dishmen

I would want Gasol to be my Center because he can pass and Lebron playing the point. That would be a sick team

Considering the cap hit you are already taking with those three, I'd be looking for bargains to fill it out. Haywood isn't bad, Yannick Noah (rookie contracts are good); PGs like Delonte West or Rondo; think cheap, defense, and low ego since those three are all pretty high ego, high shot totals, and very high maintenance.
