Lame.

How's Papa John's pizza? I see their ads all the time but they don't have one in NH.

There's one in Manchester, actually...

I like it...of the major chains (Pizza Hut, Dominos, etc) I think it's the best. But local pizza is always better!

Agreed, too, that it's weak they apologized...he *is* a bit of a crybaby sometimes, like "how DARE anyone foul me? I'm the King!"
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

^^^I seem to remember there being a Papa John's at the MUB in UNH, because my roommate used to get pizza from there.

Either way, totally weak sauce to apologize to a millionaire athlete. Kind of a dumb thing for Papa John's to do in the first place, BUT if they want to drum up business by catering to fans in other markets, they shouldn't have to apologize--not like it's those t-shirts vendors sell outside of Fenway Park for crying out loud.

Whatever, Papa John's should've stuck to their guns. It was a funny shirt and if Lebron had any sense of humor, he could've said so himself and quelled any unrest in the thriving metropolis that is Cleveland. The Cavs won the series, move forward and forget it.

Exactly. Which is why I said in another thread, for all his talent, he's a whiny dude!

This was just an ad scheme so everyone would talk about it. I don't think anyone really cared about the t shirts. Especially not Lebron.

Exactly, A lot of of Papa Johns are privately owned franchises. If I was an owner of a cleveland area franchise, I would have been really pissed off at whoever made that shirt. Image is everything in business.

In my opinion, Pizza Hut was the best I'd ever eaten. I dislike Domino's, they're awful and the worst of the worst major pizza chains, and Papa John's isn't as good as advertised.

I just find it amusing how Cleveland fans are overreacting to this. Saying that they'll never eat from a Papa John's again. Huh? Do you think LeBron cares about you as much as you of him? I doubt it. I want to see how these Cleveland residents act when James' time in Cleveland ends. Rumor has it he could leave for the Nets when they move to Brooklyn. Not to mention, James' association with Jay-Z who's a part owner of the Nets.

No doubt, unless they land a super-stud FA to pair with James (which ain't gonna happen), he's going to bolt as soon as he's a FA and Cleveland will be back to being among the dregs of the NBA.
