These arguments about CP3's cast being worse than bryants are laughable. There is no way that the hornets without paul are worse than the current lakers roster without Kobe. That's gotta be a joke.

I also don't understand how Kobe getting Gasol is a valid argument against Kobe. First the knock against his MVP candidacy in past years was his team wasn't a top seed in the west, which was in large part due to the fact that his teammastes sucked. Then he finally gets solid teamates around him and wins with them, so you want to criticize him for that now too? I mean can the man catch a break.

Although none of this matters cuz Paul didn't win it. The MVP voters got it right. If paul wanted it so badly maybe he should of led his team to a victory against the Lakers in the last week of the season and secured the number one spot. but he didn't, so you guys can continue to cry and whine all you want.

I mean hell, we could even switch both players to each others respective teams. Take Chris Paul, Morris Peterson and the entire Hornets coaching staff and switch it with the Lakers and Kobe, fisher, and the entire Lakers coaching staff.

Fisher, Kobe, Peja, David West, Tyson Chandler, the hornets bench and the lakers coaching staff compared to Chris paul, MO pete, Vladrad, Lamar, Pau Gasol, the Lakers Bench and the Hornets coaching staff. Which team would do better? If we took into consideration this year's injuries etc as well, which team would have been better this year? what would both teams records be? It's a damn joke right? People would be bitching about Kobe's supporting cast as well with the Hornets wouldn't they?

you realize what you are doing is trolling right?, In order to make a good case, you have to elaborate more and illustrate the point you want to make......

Yall need to stop with this Cp3 aint got no help bull. First of all Peja is a career avg 18ppg scorer and Allstar. He was a MVP candidate in the past. David West? Please people was talking about him before CP came in the league. The talent was there already and he has improved each year since coming into the league. Tyson Chandler? Are you kidding me? As a Bull he avg 11ppg right now he avg 13ppg I think. The only improvement he has made is in his rebounding. Do you want to credit CP3 for that? As much as I love CP3 game yall on some bull in this thread. btw the MVP aint won in the playoffs its won during the season.

First of all it is shamefully that Kobe has never won MVP before. Kobe is without a doubt the closest thing to MJ. No one can complain about Kobe winning it this year.

It is just incredible that another player has shown up who has the quality and excitement to even challenge Kobe. I am the biggest CP homer at the moment, I simply have not seen a player like this in a while. LBJ is amazing, Howard is a beast but CP is out of this world.
