Conley is going to be a good point guard.

He is not a franchise type guy but a very solid component to a good team.

Keep in mind that after his slow start he averaged in April 14.4ppg/4.3apg/4.4rpg/only 1.3TOpg with 48%fg and 44% 3pt fg.

Really? And how many 20 point games did Mr Rose have in the NBA last year?

Monta is probably the fastest 2G in the NBA,a matchup nightmare. He is now an experianced NBA point G too. Not saying Hall Of Fame, but I'm saying the offer would need to be almost shocking.

The Big for Small thing sure ain't carved in stone. I don't recall any team using a lineup of 5 guys 6-11+. I'd bet Indy would trade Troy Murphy for Chris Paul and there's 12" difference. The Knicks would gladly give Jerome James for a muppet.

In his first year as a full time starter-Monta was not far from All Star grade. He's got about 10 years to add a few tricks to that skill set.

i guess i didn't make myself clear. what i meant was if monta has to go and going to memphis, i'd at the minimum ask for derrick rose in return.

the topic didn't quite ask if we should just keep monta.

Lamond Murray was a good player.

fwiw: My sister use to go out with him. Wed go down to the park and play hoops (at Walters Jr High) 3 on 3...me and my brother both around 5-7 years younger and just throw alleyoops to him and i dont think we ever lost. All we ever did was give the ball to Lamond. Dude didnt even fit in our house.
Lets Go Baron Davis...i dont care what jersey you put on. Lets go.
